About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Property Consultant - Valuer to join our Telford office. If you have estate agency experience and a strong background in valuations, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Generating leads and prospecting for new business
🔹 Conducting market appraisals & writing consultation reports
🔹 Listing properties with compelling marketing descriptions
🔹 Creating engaging video tours to showcase homes
🔹 Networking and delivering outstanding client service

Salary & Working Hours

OTE £45,000 (uncapped commission & bonuses)
£350 per month car allowance
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Typically one Saturday per month, with the following Friday afternoon off

A full, clean driving licence is essential.
