What we are looking for...

We are looking for an individual with high standards and an incredible work ethic to join our successful Property Management department, based in Telford.

Lettings and/or Property Management experience preferred.

As a property manager you will be managing a portfolio of residential properties, responding to maintenance issues and liaising with tenants, landlords & contractors to ensure all regulations are adhered to.

Part of your role will also see you negotiate deposit returns and claims on policies, rent increases, tenancy renewals, rent arrears chasing and the serving and handling notices to end a tenancy.

Your role will be primarily office based, but you may be required to attend property visits on occasion.
