Property Consultant - Experienced Valuer

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking driven and professional individuals to join our successful team in Telford. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and be eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic and commitment to personal and professional development are essential to succeed in this role.

While prior experience in property valuations within an estate agency is preferred, we are open to applicants with general agency experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. A full, clean driving licence is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting property valuations
• Preparing and issuing Market Consultation Reports
• Managing property listings
• Drafting property descriptions as needed
• Providing support for clients
• Engaging in networking opportunities
• Being apart of video tours of properties (We have an in-house media department)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturdays may occasionally be required, with the following Friday afternoon off in lieu as part of a rotating schedule
